The iDev Plus application allows learners to track and achieve their development milestones on a mobile device. This can be customized to a company's own competency framework or can complement the existing leadership training initiatives, workshops, or e-learning programs (which largely focus on the 10% of the design process). Learners are able to take tests and access resources from any location and at any time, ensuring they stay focused. The program also allows learners to access a personalized dashboard that provides an overview of their progress. The learner's manager can also keep track of the completion of the 70% component of the model of development, which is on-the-job learning.
